Fortune Nickel and Gold Inc. is a U.S.-based mineral exploration company focused on high-potential nickel, gold, and copper projects in the Timmins mining camp of Ontario, Canada. Our work targets critical minerals essential for green energy, technology, and the global economy.
Mining Meets Mission
Our Reg A stock donation program is designed to raise capital while making a meaningful social impact. For every share sold in our offering, we contribute one share to Carleton College, a leader in sustainability and green energy innovation. Carleton’s commitment is more than symbolic—its 1.65 megawatt wind turbine, dedicated in 2004, was the first utility-grade wind turbine owned by a U.S. college, and the addition of a second turbine in
2011 doubled its renewable energy output.

Carleton students are directly engaged in this partnership, applying their skills in research, problem solving, critical thinking, effective communication and environmental stewardship to support our mission. This is an opportunity for students to contribute to a start-up they can be passionate about—combining hands-on experience in business with their dedication to environmental progress.
Our model can be adapted by other private colleges, non-profits, and faith-based organizations, using the public markets to promote causes they champion while receiving stock donations that have the potential to grow in value.
