Gowan Project – Our First Exploration Priority
Gowan is Fortune’s principal mineral-exploration asset. It is located approximately 25 kilometers northeast of Timmins, Ontario and covers approximately 5,400 acres in 117 mineral claim units. The Company has an exploration permit in place for Gowan that authorizes specified drilling and related early-exploration activities.

The map is provided for regional context. The surrounding mines and exploration projects shown are separate from Fortune’s claim blocks, and their proximity does not establish the existence, grade, quantity or economic recoverability of mineralization on Fortune’s properties.
Beyond Gowan
Fortune’s Ontario portfolio extends beyond Gowan. Together, the Ontario properties comprise 195 mineral claim units covering more than 9,000 acres. Gowan is the first drilling priority. If Fortune raises additional capital, management expects to deploy additional exploration funds to Gowan and then advance work on other territories as appropriate.
Additional exploration permits are in place for the nearby Beck-Ottaway project areas. Those properties are a later-stage use of offering proceeds after the Company’s initial Gowan priority, depending on the amount raised and exploration results.
